A Business Development (BD) Manager in Civil Engineering focuses on driving business growth within the civil engineering sector. This role involves identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients and stakeholders, and managing the sales process from initial contact to contract closure. BD Managers in this field typically have a strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction processes, and the regulatory landscape

Scope of Work

  • Preparing and presenting compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the company's capabilities and value proposition
  • Negotiating contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while also protecting the company's interests
  • Contributing to the development of the company's overall business development strategy and growth plan
  • Managing the sales process, tracking leads, and reporting on sales performance
  • Providing technical input and support to project teams, particularly during the proposal and contract negotiation phases
  • Researching potential projects, attending industry events, and networking to identify new business leads

Qualifications

  • A degree in civil engineering – must have
  • At least 5+ years of experience in business development in the civil sector
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in the civil sector
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php75, Php80,000.00 per month
