Job Description
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will take ownership of DeskTel Group's US client acquisition strategy. This is a high-impact role focused on identifying and developing new business opportunities through proactive outreach. You will report directly to the CEO and play a vital role in shaping the company's growth path.
We welcome candidates who may have other professional engagements, as long as these do not interfere with performance in this role or conflict with DeskTel's business interests.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential US-based clients across industries such as accounting, healthcare, legal, technology, and customer service
- Develop and execute outbound calling and email campaigns to generate qualified leads
- Build and implement scalable lead generation strategies across multiple channels (LinkedIn, email, phone, and content-driven outreach)
- Track sales activities, maintain CRM records, and generate performance reports
- Support the sales pipeline by qualifying leads and coordinating with internal teams when needed
- Maintain professional relationships with prospects and ensure a high standard of follow-up and engagement
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales (preferably in BPO/outsourcing/offshoring)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and performance-driven
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with sales KPIs
- Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools is highly preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
