What you'll be doing
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handling general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Conducting cold calls for potential leads
- Assisting with the coordination of events and team activities
- Providing backup support to other members of the administrative team if needed
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Self-motivated, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
