Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for an Administrative Assistant located in Metro Manila. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing general administrative support, handling phone calls, and managing communication with clients and colleagues. Additionally, the role involves assisting executives with their administrative needs and performing various clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office)
  • Detail-oriented and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Office Administration or related field is a plus
