Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of any 4-year course
- Good interpersonal skills, good communication skills
- Experience from real estate industry is a plus, but not required
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Willing to be assigned in Manila area.
- Willing to work from Monday - Saturday, 8:30-5:30 PM
Brief Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administrative Assistant shall attend to all administrative functions in the property.
- Assist in the coordination of different property management services and functions for the property/project owners, occupants and tenants in the absence of the Building Manager or Building Engineer, the Administrative Assistant is expected to be able to take charge of the simple day-to-day activities in the property/project.
- Assist the Building Manager in ensuring that all customer calls and complaints are recorded and, if possible, responded to within the day
- Assist the Building Manager to prepare for community events including Annual General Membership meetings
- Actively participate in the implementation of community development activities
