Welcome to Connectified Bringing IOT To Life Inc, our company is a small fun to work at BPO and professional services company located in the Clark Freeport Zone.

It's our pleasure to offer the new role of Administrative Bookkeeping Officer working a Monday to Friday - 5 day week roster for 40 hours p/w working closely with the Company President managing all facets of day to day operational office duties.

Ideally this role is suited to a person who is looking to expand their administrative and bookkeeping experience having completed Tertiary Qualifications in relevant fields of expertise and aiming to take on a more involved, senior integral position with future progression possible.

The duties include:

  • Working onsite in Clark Freeport Zone Mon-Fri
  • Bookkeeping (Xero) and HR Services including a small Payroll Roster supported by third party external professional accounting team and internal resources
  • Monitoring of Time Attendance of personnel
  • Maintaining highly accurate Employee Records
  • Secretarial Duties as needed from time to time (minimal)
  • Filing and document control, for both the Company and Team members
  • Attendance at meetings both in person and/or online as required
  • General basic office management and organization of internal and external events
  • Undertaking any training as deemed necessary by the Company.
  • Other responsibilities as deemed necessary and applicable to the role

To qualify for this role you must:

  • Have successfully completed Tertiary Qualifications in Bookkeeping, Administration or an Associated field of expertise
  • Have a Positive, Can Do Attitude and willingness to take on responsibility
  • Demonstrate a desire to learn and improve your skill set, aiming to be the best at your position
  • Ideally you will have had a minimum of 2 Years experience in a similar role.
