Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant – Tax Support to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work closely with our existing admin team to support the preparation, organization, and management of client tax return documents for Australian clients.

This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in handling Australian tax returns or working in an accounting or bookkeeping firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate completed tax returns, financial statements, and supporting documents.
  • Upload documents to SignWell and manage the electronic signing process.
  • Track and follow up on client acknowledgments and signed documents.
  • Maintain organized and secure digital filing systems for client records.
  • Coordinate with the admin and accounting teams to ensure timely submission of client deliverables.
  • Assist in other administrative and documentation tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting support role.
  • Prior experience with Australian tax returns or working with Australian accounting firms is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willing to work onsite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
