About the role

As a Nurse Team Leader at Office Symmetry, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of nurses in our busy call center located in Tunasan Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time Hybrid position with opportunities for career development within the company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of a team of nurses
  2. Monitoring team performance and providing feedback and coaching to team members
  3. Scheduling and managing team workloads to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  4. Identifying training needs and organising development opportunities for the team
  5. Resolving complex customer inquiries and escalating issues as necessary
  6. Maintaining detailed records and reporting on team performance metrics
  7. Fostering a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

  1. Registered nurse with a minimum of 1 year experience in a call center or customer service environment
  2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and stakeholders
  4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approach
  5. Proficient in using relevant call centre and customer relationship management systems
  6. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
