Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and best practices.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Monitor patient progress and report any changes in status to the healthcare team.
  • Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
  • Ensure the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.
Requirements

Bachelors degree in nursing (4Yeas ).

or

Diploma in nursing 3 years after graduation from high school .

for Bachelor degree must have Experience 2 years with out gap clinical experience after registration and licensing as registered general nurse .

For Diploma must have 3 years experienced without gap clinical experienced after registration licensing as registered nurse.
