A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Align Indirect Channel Execution team's goals with organizational objectives to achieve business outcomes.

  • Implement the strategy for indirect channel management for a group of Expert Channel Partners (distributors) across EurAsia. 

  • Plan and deliver on financial (annual operation plan, standard gross margin, growth %, account receivable, inventory level, etc.) and non-financial (OHS, NPS, channel optimization, team development etc.) key performance indicators 

  • Represent SPPS (Strategic Partnership and Patient Solution) organization in ASIA region as regional representative 

  • Act on the strategies and programs cascaded by COE, Channel Innovation and Channel Performance teams, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and market dynamics. 

  • Work closely with COE, Channel Innovations and Channels Performance teams, and regional/country leadership teams to ensure channel strategies & GTM discussions are well-coordinated and effectively implemented.

  • Guide the commercial teams by being the bridge between distributors and business, finance, compliance, legal and other respective functions and enablers

  • Ensure consistent application of best practices and capability development of channel partners together with other Indirect Channel Execution Leaders who manage Strategic and Emerge distributors at EurAsia 

  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities to inform respective partners on channel execution team's strategies

Required Knowledge and Experience: 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Senior Leadership roles involving indirect channel management, strategy development and execution, multi-country region management 

  • Extensive experience in shaping and managing large-scale channel strategies, preferably in multinational settings. 

  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at all levels. 

  • Deep understanding of indirect/distributor markets and go-to-market models. 

  • Proven track record in driving financial performance. 

  • Expertise in overseeing complex programs and driving transformational initiatives. 

  • Strong global mindset with the ability to navigate cultural nuances and build relationships in diverse markets. 

  • Adaptive leadership style with the ability to manage ambiguity and drive results in dynamic environments. 

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
