Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily product operations, user engagement, and organize activities for Lazmall brand sellers, with a focus on driving user growth and increasing GMV (Gross Merchandise Value).
  • Utilize strong market sensitivity and user insight to identify trends, develop supply plans for channel brand sellers tailored to Filipino user preferences, and enhance channel conversion rates through effective product operations.
  • Oversee user operations by analyzing user behavior and profiles to create and execute strategies that boost DAU (Daily Active Users) and increase the number of buyers within the channel.
  • Plan and implement new brand sales and trend-driven promotional activities based on Filipino consumer preferences, while simultaneously promoting these campaigns on social media to maximize GMV growth.

Qualifications & Skills

  • University degree with excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce, preferably with expertise in brand seller operations.
  • Strong user-centric mindset with the ability to identify and address user needs and challenges through various analytical methods.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in user operations and a solid understanding of product operations are advantages.
  • Marketing experience is a plus.
