Job Summary

Customer Care responsibility is to manage customer queries and complaints and escalate when needed across various communication channels. Customer Care is a frontline support whose role is to support customers by providing helpful information about the product and services, answer questions and respond to complaints in a very timely and professional manner.

Job Responsibilities

  • Interact in a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customer at all times and be able to capture what the customer need or issue
  • Relay customer inquiries to the respective teams and coordinate resolution and feedback to the customer
  • Monitor and follow up customer inquiries from the respective teams and respond promptly to the customer inquiries
  • Ensure that all relevant issues are resolved completely by continuous monitoring until ticket is closed according to the approved SLAs
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Communicate and coordinate with other department and teams as necessary the customer inquiries or complaints
  • Communicate with customer through various channels to ensure timely update of the issues
  • Remain calm and relax when dealing with customers especially when there is not enough information or the issues may require escalation to the other teams
  • Be proactive when dealing with customer inquiries. As much as possible, provide feedback even before the agreed timeline
  • Can work under pressure and willing to take additional responsibilities when need arises

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years experience and 1 year Supervisory

Educational Background

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration

Working Schedule

  • Monday to Friday - 7am to 6pm and every Friday 7am - 4pm

Work Location

  • Head Office - Lot 10A Purok 1 Brgy. Makiling Calamba City, Laguna
