On Call Nurse

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care including administering medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and charts.
• Assist doctors during examinations and procedures.
• Educate patients and families about health management, disease prevention, and post-treatment care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety policies.
• Manage medical supplies and ensure cleanliness of the clinic or ward area.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and perform basic life support if necessary.
• Participate in health programs, vaccination drives, and other company or community health initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the physician or immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• License: Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license
• Experience: Preferably with at least 1 year of clinical or hospital experience (new graduates may also apply)
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Proficient in basic computer applications and medical record systems

Job Type: Part-time
