CS Job Description

· Timely coordination with various people in relation to accurate delivery of transactions

· Ensure accurate report and data are being provided to customers, clients, and warehouse supervisor.

· Provide regular update to customers, and clients, related to their transactions

· Ensure accurate report and data are being provided to customers, clients and warehouse manager

· Regularly report to the warehouse manager any discrepancy for proper mitigation.

· Ensure warehouse processes are followed based on the given standards

· Responsible in checking of documents versus the item received by warehouse checker.

· Responsible in releasing of inbound documents to the trucker

· Ensure that warehouse receiving tally sheet and other inbound documents were properly filled-up with signature of respective personnel.

· Responsible in filing of inbound/outbound documents

· Ensure that the checklist and outbound documents were tallied before forwarding to warehouse supervisor for approval

· Responsible in releasing of outbound documents to the trucker

· Ensure that picklist and other outbound documents were properly filled up with signature of respective personnel.

· Ensure to comply on the health and safety compliance in accordance with company policy.

· Ensure to follow the 5'S and Good Warehousing Practices in the warehouse.

· Open and suggest process improvement with proper coordination to warehouse supervisor ensure alignment with all standards.

· Promote open communication and coordinate any warehouse concerns to warehouse supervisor. Performs other task as per instruction by superior

Monday to Saturday

Work location: Calamba Laguna (Brgy. Makiling)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 per month
