About the role

LMTP Corporation is seeking a driven and experienced QC Supervisor to join our team in Calamba City, Laguna. As a QC Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality control and process improvement across our manufacturing operations. What you'll be doing

  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of the quality control team to ensure adherence to production standards and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner
  • Analyse quality data and generate detailed reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide training and guidance to quality control personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and other departments to optimise quality processes
  • Ensure strict compliance with all relevant quality, health, and safety regulations
  • Continuously explore new quality control methodologies and technologies to drive innovation and enhance efficiency

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality control or supervisory role within the manufacturing industry
  • Strong understanding of quality control principles, statistical process control, and root cause analysis
  • Proficient in the use of quality control tools and techniques, such as Lean Six Sigma, ISO standards, and FMEA
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of quality control professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing quality management systems
