Job Qualifications:

  • Preferably BS Electrical / Mechanical Engineering graduate
  • Registered Electrical / Mechanical Engineer
  • With at least 2-3 years' experience in Property Management

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Property Manager with regards to the compliance of the by-laws of the condo corporation
  • Ensure all equipment are in 100% good operating condition
  • Ensure all equipment complies with the regulatory set by the government
  • Ensures all licenses are updated in a timely manner
  • Serves as the safety officer of this establishment and enforce all safety procedures
  • Serves as the Pollution Control Officer of the establishment and should there be problems arising during the operations.
  • He or She must create a mitigation plan to avoid noncompliance with IRR Set by the LLDA and DENR.
  • Monitor the tariff work set by the condo corporation and make sure that all payments are being remitted to the Accounting Department Every Week
  • Conducts a day-to-day inspection and ensures that all concerns of Facilities are being addressed in a timely manner.
  • Create a 52 Week plan that is to be followed by the technical team to ensure all equipment is in good running condition.
  • Submit Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports to the Property Manager.
  • Coordinate and liaise with the contractor and Suppliers.
  • Above list may be changed according to the need and compliance of the property, refer to as basic responsibilities.

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
