The position is responsible for the over-all supervision of the equipments and technical facilities in the assigned property to ensure efficient and effective operation.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the supervision of all Multi-Skilled Technicians and other technical support staff to ensure efficiency in the operation. It is also responsible for their regular evaluation on overall performance.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of all machineries and equipment in the building. It is also responsible for the smooth operations of the technical facilities.
  • Maintains cordial and friendly relations with unit owners and tenants and ensures that their complaints are acted upon expeditiously.
  • Responsible for the proper handling, safeguarding, monitoring and effective use of building equipments and technical facilities.
  • Responsible for march-in/march-out procedures
  • Ensures that all policies, systems and procedures are followed and strictly implemented
  • Responsible for the dissemination and effective implementation of preventive maintenance schedule.
  • Responsible for the supervision of the external contractors. It is also responsible for their performance evaluation
  • Ensures that safety rules and procedures are complied with
  • Conducts regular walk-arounds and inspections to ensure that all delegated tasks are properly acted upon
  • Canvasses materials and supplies needed for the project
  • Coordinates with external contractors for specific projects and reports to the Building Manager for approval
  • All other related tasks as required.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineer, Building Maintenance.
  • At least 2 (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be available to start ASAP.
  • 1Yr Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Electrical/Engineering - Mechanical or equivalent.
