Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate equipment breakdown and conduct basis mechanical/electrical troubleshooting
  • Supervise and monitor the performance of service contractors
  • Schedule, implement, and oversee preventive maintenance programs
  • Supervise multi-skilled technician to ensure efficiency and smooth operations of technical facilities
  • Ensure that all house rules and procedures are being followed and strictly implemented
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all assigned tasks are properly acted upon
  • Follow up concerned building contractor for any defect/trouble that arises on all equipment/machineries
  • Prepare forms and log sheets for the building equipment for proper monitoring
  • Sign work permits and gatepass for approval
  • Assist the property Manager in regular building inspections of the following: Fire Safety, Housekeeping, and Equipment Maintenance
  • Keep track of Equipment record file – includes proper documentation and record filing, equipment manuals, PMS route, maintenance checklist

Qualifications:

  • With a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Licensed Mechanical Engineer
  • With at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in property management
  • Willing to work in Tandang Sora Ext., Quirino Highway, Brgy. Talipapa, Quezon City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
