The Sales/Admin Staff supports both sales operations and administrative functions to ensure smooth, efficient business processes. This role handles customer inquiries, prepares sales documentation, maintains records, assists with order processing, and provides general office support.

Sales Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Prepare and send quotations, sales proposals, and invoices.
  • Process orders and coordinate with logistics or operations for delivery.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
  • Assist the sales team with lead generation, follow-ups, and scheduling meetings.
  • Track sales activities and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
  • Field work for selling items/products.

Administrative Tasks

  • Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors when needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Support HR or accounting with basic administrative tasks (e.g., attendance monitoring, expense tracking).
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of company documents.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative work is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or CRM systems.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Must have a motorcycle and Driver's License.
