Job Summary:

The Warehouse Staff for Stock Transfer and Commissary Support plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods between the warehouse and multiple restaurant locations. The primary responsibility is to manage, organize, and facilitate the timely and accurate transfer of stock, including food products, packaging, and other essential supplies, from the commissary or warehouse to the restaurants. This position requires attention to detail, a strong sense of organization, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to support restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Stock Transfer and Delivery:

- Coordinate and execute the transfer of stock from the warehouse to multiple restaurant locations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

- Prepare and pack orders based on restaurant requisitions, ensuring proper documentation and labeling of all items.

- Maintain delivery schedules and communicate with restaurant staff about expected delivery times.

2. Inventory Management:

  • Monitor stock levels in the warehouse and commissary, ensuring that sufficient quantities are available for restaurant supply needs.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in stock-taking activities.
  • Report low stock levels, discrepancies, or damaged goods to the warehouse manager or commissary supervisor.
  • Organize and maintain the cleanliness and order of the warehouse and storage areas.

3. Order Fulfillment:

- Assist in receiving and processing orders from restaurant locations, ensuring that all requests are fulfilled accurately and promptly.

- Collaborate with the commissary team to prioritize and prepare bulk food orders and supplies needed for restaurant operations.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

- Ensure that all transfers and deliveries are accurately documented with proper records, including delivery receipts and inventory logs.

- Submit daily or weekly delivery reports and any issues encountered during the transfer process.

- Maintain accurate logs of returned or unused items from restaurant locations.

5. Equipment and Vehicle Management

- Ensure that delivery vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and ready for daily operations.

- Report any vehicle or equipment malfunctions to the relevant supervisor for prompt action.

- Follow all safety and transportation regulations when driving company vehicles.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or stock delivery is preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory software and systems is an advantage.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills to coordinate with commissary staff, restaurant teams, and drivers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php28, Php30,000.00 per month
