About the role

We are looking for an Order Fulfillment Staff to join our dynamic team at OLIVE CO. INC.' in Cubao, Quezon City. This full-time position is crucial in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of our products to our valued customers. As a key member of our Warehousing, Storage & Distribution team, you will play a vital role in the overall success of our operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Receive, unpack, and sort incoming inventory
  2. Pick, pack, and label customer orders accurately and efficiently
  3. Maintain the warehouse in a clean, organized, and safe condition
  4. Assist with the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles
  5. Collaborate with the logistics team to troubleshoot and resolve any order fulfillment issues
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our warehousing and distribution processes

What we're looking for

  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. 6 months of experience in a warehousing, logistics, or customer service role
  3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Physical stamina to work for extended periods
  6. Proficiency in using inventory management and order processing systems
  7. A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
