Role Overview:We're seeking a skilled IT Expert who will serve as our HubSpot CRM automation specialist while managing critical security systems and providing technical support. This dual-focused role combines HubSpot platform optimization with comprehensive IT support for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:HubSpot ManagementDesign, implement, and optimize workflow automations in HubSpot to improve efficiency and customer experience

Configure and enhance Sales and Service Hub functionality to streamline business processes

Manage and continuously improve HubSpot Helpdesk and the associated processes for our client communications of email, text, chat, calling.Analyze performance data, and Hubspot features to recommend improvements to maximize our HubSpot ROITechnical SupportImplementation and support security compliance including password vault system and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) solutions

Monitor security systems for potential vulnerabilities and implement preventative measures

Troubleshoot and resolve telecommunications issues including VoIP systems and mobile devices

Diagnose and remediate internet connectivity problems across our teams

Provide responsive technical support to staff

Participate in on-call rotation for urgent IT and security support

Document solutions and maintain knowledge base for common technical issues and cyber security

Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of IT support experience with demonstrated troubleshooting abilities

Proven experience with HubSpot administration and workflow automation

Working knowledge of password management systems and 2FA implementation

Experience with Hub Spot helpdesk operations and ticketing system management

Relevant Hubspot certifications are a must
