Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support and optimize our online marketing initiatives. This role will focus on managing paid search campaigns, executing marketing automation strategies, and leveraging tools like HubSpot to drive engagement and conversions. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with proven experience managing digital campaigns and using marketing automation to scale growth.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing to maximize ROI.
- Develop and manage automated marketing campaigns (e.g., drip campaigns, email workflows) within HubSpot or similar platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and manage bidding strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Segment contact lists and tailor campaigns by geography, demographics, or customer behavior.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing campaigns with overall business objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance using key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights.
- Generate performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Stay current with best practices in paid search, marketing automation, and digital marketing trends.
Required Skills and Abilities
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid search and/or marketing automation.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred).
- Proven success managing campaigns in Google Ads (and/or Bing Ads) including setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work U.S. hours, with flexibility once independently working in the role dependent on client preferences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Experience in segmentation and targeting for multi-location or multi-demographic campaigns.
- Background in retail, service-based, or high-growth business environments.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer segmentation strategies.
- Experience with landing page optimization and conversion tracking.
