About our client:Our client provides insightful and strategic digital marketing solutions to drive business to a wide variety of clients around Australia. About the role:We're seeking a HubSpot & Zoho Specialist to manage, optimise, and support the CRM and marketing automation platforms. This role will play a critical part in designing and implementing workflows, campaigns, integrations, and reporting systems for the clients.

The ideal candidate is highly skilled in HubSpot and Zoho, with a strong background in CRM strategy, and automation. Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all aspects of HubSpot and Zoho CRM, including configuration, customisation, and user training. Build automation and workflows based on the brief provided by the account manager.

Collaborate with internal and client teams to integrate HubSpot and Zoho with other business tools (e.g., sales, marketing, onboarding, and support tools). Develop custom fields, modules, and reports based on client requirements. Develop, test, and troubleshoot automation workflows to support smooth data flow between systems.

The time is estimated to be divided 70:30, HubSpot:Zoho. Document all processes, configurations, and customisations to maintain a knowledge base. Keep up with industry trends and best practices for CRM management, marketing automation, and data analytics.

Make recommendations for continuous improvements and new features that align with company goals. Requirements:3-5 years+ of experience working in a digital marketing agency in either Australia or the US.3-5 years+ of experience working with both HubSpot and Zoho automation and workflows. Advanced knowledge of HubSpot and Zoho, including automation, data management, and reporting capabilities.

Proven experience in CRM strategy, workflow design, and automation implementation. Experience with integrations and third-party tools (e.g., Zapier, Google Analytics). Good understanding of HubSpot and Zoho for sales and marketing modules.
