The Role We're seeking a HubSpot Expert to join our team and ensure we get the most out of our HubSpot platform across sales, marketing, and operations. This is a remote role with a 9AM–6PM Pacific Time schedule.

The right candidate has proven hands-on experience building, updating, and integrating HubSpot — including leading a CRM migration into HubSpot. You'll play a critical role in streamlining processes, ensuring data accuracy, and leveraging HubSpot to drive Homely's growth and team success.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the migration from our current CRM into HubSpot, ensuring data integrity and smooth adoption.
  • Configure, customize, and maintain HubSpot CRM, Sales, and Marketing Hubs.
  • Build and optimize workflows, dashboards, and reports.
  • Integrate HubSpot with third-party platforms and tools.
  • Support data management, automation, and best practices across the company.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of HubSpot experience with a track record of delivering results.
  • Proven experience migrating CRMs into HubSpot successfully.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM setup, automation, and integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
  • HubSpot certifications are a plus.
