The Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive online marketing plans, managing a team of specialists, and ensuring that all digital channels consistently reflect the company's brand identity and objectives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Strategic Planning & Leadership

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing and social media strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital and social media specialists to ensure high-quality campaign execution.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities.
  • Create and maintain a digital content calendar that aligns with brand campaigns and seasonal initiatives.
  • Set performance metrics (KPIs) and prepare regular analytics reports with actionable insights.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support digital marketing campaigns and projects as needed.

Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster professional growth and excellence.

2. Digital Campaign Management

  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid digital campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube, etc.).
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust targeting, messaging, and budget allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support) to integrate digital efforts across departments.
  • Ensure campaigns adhere to branding standards and comply with platform advertising policies.

3. Social Media Strategy & Management

  • Oversee the company's social media presence across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Develop engaging and visually appealing content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with brand values.
  • Manage posting schedules, audience engagement, and community interactions to build a strong online presence.
  • Collaborate with influencers, brand advocates, and KOLs to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
  • Monitor and respond to feedback, comments, and messages to maintain a positive brand reputation.

4. Content Development & Creative Direction

  • Oversee the creation of multimedia content (graphics, videos, articles, and short-form content like Reels or TikToks).
  • Ensure content is optimized for engagement, SEO, and conversion across all digital platforms.
  • Provide creative input in conceptualizing digital campaigns and content storytelling.
  • Maintain brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all digital channels.

5. Data Analytics & Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing metrics such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
  • Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.) to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Identify insights from data to refine targeting, messaging, and channel strategies.
  • Conduct social media and digital audits to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

6. Budget & Resource Management

  • Manage and allocate budgets for digital marketing and advertising campaigns effectively.
  • Ensure that spending aligns with performance targets and financial guidelines.
  • Oversee partnerships with digital agencies, vendors, and content creators as needed
