Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
  • At least 2 years of actual working experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in using Computer-Aided-Design (CAD) and other specialized timber framing detailing software.
  • With "ACTUAL WORKING" experience in timber and truss frame detailing.
  • An understanding & knowledge of Australian      standards and/or US standards would be advantageous but not essential
  • Possesses good communication & writing      skills
  • Willingness to work in the office and would like to grow with Realcognita.

Job Responsibilities

  • Production of detailed shop drawings for timber framing and roof trusses based on architectural and engineering plans
  • Understand architectural and engineering blueprints to develop detailed drafts.
  • Work closely with managers, clients, and teams to ensure design accuracy and timely delivery.
