The Digital Account Manager ensures flawless execution across strategy, creative, media, and production while upholding digital-first practices. This role serves as the operational anchor, ensuring that strategies set by leadership are delivered with speed, accuracy, and measurable impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Partnership
• Serve as the key point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business goals, industry context, and digital growth ambitions.
• In collaboration with the Strategy team, translate marketing objectives into integrated campaign briefs grounded in audience insights, funnel behavior, and channel strategy.
• Build trusted relationships that unlock new opportunities and position the agency as a strategic partner.
Campaign Management & Digital Delivery
• Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, Media, and Production teams to ensure flawless execution across touchpoints.
• Secure a complete brief from the Client, and if required streamline concerns prior Creative and Strategy briefing.
• Develop and track content calendars, weekly PRLs, production feasibility, timelines, prepare finance related documents (cash advances), liquidate ahead of time, ensure milestones are hit, and proactively solve problems before they escalate.
• Contribute to QA of creative output and digital assets for consistency and platform best practices.
Performance, Analytics & Reporting
• Monitor campaign results with the Strategy or Media team using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other available digital dashboards.
• Support in preparing reporting decks, identify actionable insights, and work with internal teams to optimize campaign performance.
Process & Tools Optimization
• Champion the use of project management platforms and workflow tools to enhance team efficiency.
• Help refine processes, templates, and playbooks for digital delivery excellence.
Commercial Growth & Financial Oversight
• Collaborate with the Account Director, IDD and Finance team on scope alignment, billing, payments, CE preparations, reconciliations, and profitability.
• Identify and support organic growth and upsell opportunities within accounts through regular business reviews.
People & Culture Contribution
• Manage & handle Account Executives and interns by modeling best practices in client service and digital fluency.
• Stay plugged into industry shifts, and contribute to internal upskilling sessions and knowledge sharing.
