About the Role

We are seeking skilled
Performance Engineers
to join our growing solar energy team. You'll play a key role in ensuring the continuous and optimal performance of
Solar PV Systems
post-installation.

Your responsibilities will include
system monitoring, performance analysis, troubleshooting, service case tracking, and reporting
, while collaborating closely with our Service and Quality Assurance teams to manage and optimize solar assets.

Location: Eastwood, Quezon City

Salary: ₱40,000 – ₱50,000 (Basic)

Work Setup: Onsite

Work Shift: Shifting schedule

Target Start Date: November 7, 2025

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and guide a team of asset performance engineers and technical support engineers.
  • Use monitoring software to analyze system performance and identify issues or faults.
  • Prioritize activities to maintain system efficiency and performance levels.
  • Liaise with the Service & QA teams to manage and track service cases.
  • Provide remote technical support to contractors for troubleshooting.
  • Review documentation from both scheduled and reactive site visits.
  • Prepare performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Gather and process data for LGC claims.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for warranty claims and technical support.
  • Develop bills of materials for service-related component installations.
  • Manage the technical onboarding of new projects post-installation.
  • Collaborate with Project Engineers to enhance design and process efficiency.
  • Record lessons learned and recommend improvements for asset management processes.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Responsibilities

  • Ensure contractor engagements align with company HSE policies.
  • Participate in the investigation of incidents and near-misses.
  • Implement corrective and improvement actions promptly.
  • Support HSE initiatives to continuously improve workplace safety outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
    in Photovoltaic/Renewable Energy Engineering (or related field).
  • Minimum
    2 years' experience
    in Solar PV System design and/or monitoring.
  • Proven expertise in Solar PV monitoring software and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of Solar PV design, installation, and operation.
  • Knowledge of relevant
    Australian Standards
    for PV installations.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in
    MS Office
    applications.
  • Must be
    willing to work onsite
    in Eastwood, Quezon City on a shifting schedule.
  • Recent and relevant experience is required
