Position: Solar Performance Engineer

Company Industry: BPO / Engineering Services

Salary: Php 40,000 – Php 60,000 per month

Work Set Up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field)
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in solar PV systems or asset performance engineering
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Proficient in monitoring and reporting tools (e.g., NetSuite, VCOM)
  • Willing to work onsite in Eastwood on a shifting schedule

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze system performance using monitoring software and identify faults
  • Provide remote technical support to contractors for fault resolution
  • Liaise with Service & Quality Assurance Team to track service cases
  • Produce performance reports and collate data for LGC claims
  • Review site visit documentation and coordinate with suppliers for warranty claims
  • Create bill of materials for service cases requiring component installation
  • Conduct technical onboarding of projects post-installation
  • Collaborate with Project Engineers to improve designs and methodologies
  • Interface with subcontractors, customers, and internal teams to achieve service outcomes
  • Record and report lessons learned to improve Asset Management processes
