Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Asset Performance Assistant Manager located in East wood ,Quezon City. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing asset performance, analyzing data, generating reports, training staff, and developing performance management strategies. Other duties include budgeting and collaborating with various teams to ensure optimal performance and the achievement of organizational goals.

  • Experience in Performance Management and Training
  • Proficiency in Budgeting
  • Relevant experience in asset management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the software solutions industry is a plus
