JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in asset performance, reliability engineering, or maintenance analytics.
  • Expert knowledge in Solar PV System monitoring software with proven experience troubleshooting system issues.
  • Fluid command in written and oral English communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge and experience of MS Office

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor and analyze asset performance using predictive analytics and digital monitoring tools.
  • Identify performance gaps, potential failures, and improvement opportunities to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement asset management strategies aligned with reliability, safety, and cost-effectiveness goals.
  • Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and IT teams to resolve asset-related issues and implement data-driven solutions.
