Job Qualifications – Recruitment Staff

  • Male or Female
  • Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any Business Management/Administration-related 4-year course
  • With at least 1 year of experience as a Recruitment Specialist
  • Strong background in end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Knowledgeable in test administration and assessment tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Ability to adapt and respond appropriately to various personality types
  • Highly detail-oriented, accurate, and thorough in monitoring work quality
  • Able to prioritize and plan tasks effectively to ensure efficient time management
  • Must possess a pleasing, adaptable personality and maintain professional conduct
  • Physically and mentally fit; with good moral character
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information with integrity
  • Must be flexible and willing to work overtime when necessary
  • Passionate about training and staff development
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php650.00 per day
