JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • oversees all aspects of the food and beverages operations in a restaurant, hotel, or other hospitality establishment.
  • Supervise day-to-day food and beverage operations
  • Ensure quality food and service standards are consistently met
  • Manage staff schedules and ensure proper staffing levels
  • Prepares budget and manage costs effectively to maximize profitability
  • Recruit, train and mentor food and beverage staff
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and handle guest complains or issues

JOB QUALIFICATION:

  • With bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or similar field
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflict effectively
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within F&B industry
