Facilitates recruitment and selection process for medical rank-and-file positions.
Recruitment and Selection Process
· Verifies Personnel Request Form (PRF) and prepares job vacancy announcements.
· Receives, verifies, and files application forms and builds up pool of applicants.
· Facilitates recruitment and selection process for medical rank-and-file positions.
· Participates in the panel interview of rank and file applicants.
· Prepares the necessary documents to be given to new employees such as ID, contract, and bank registration.
· Processes BIR Registration of newly hired employees.
· Schedules participants to the Orientation of New Employees.
Maintains PRF Monitoring System and prepares monthly summary report.
Acts as secretary during the Weekly Management Meeting.
Performs other duties that may be assigned by the superior.
Must be a graduate of any four-year course, preferably Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
