Are you detail-oriented, people-focused, and passionate about connecting talent with opportunity? We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruitment Assistant with 2–3 years of experience to support our growing team.

What You'll Do:

  • Post job openings across various job platforms and social media
  • Actively source and screen resumes to find qualified candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams
  • Conduct initial interviews or screening calls as needed
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking and recruitment reports
  • Assist with job offers and gather pre-employment requirements
  • Help onboard new hires and ensure proper documentation is in place
  • Provide general support on other HR-related tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment or general HR
  • Familiar with sourcing strategies and online job boards
  • Strong coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
