Salary Package: 50,000 to 60,000 PHP/Monthly
Job Description
The Marketing Administrator is a versatile operational support role that assists both the marketing and sales teams. This position manages incoming marketing requests, maintains and updates sales collateral and presentations, coordinates event logistics, and provides basic graphic design support. The Marketing Administrator helps ensure smooth marketing operations, keeps assets organized and up-to-date, and supports team members in executing successful campaigns and events.
Duties and Responsibilities::
Request Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming marketing requests.
- Track, prioritize, and route tasks to the appropriate team members.
Ensure timely completion of requests with clear and consistent communication.
Sales Collateral & Presentation Management
Update, maintain, and organize all sales collateral, presentations, and marketing assets.
- Ensure materials are aligned with brand guidelines and reflect current messaging and product/service details.
Manage version control and distribute updated materials to the sales and marketing teams.
Event Coordination
Create and edit basic marketing graphics including social media assets, flyers, brochures, and presentation visuals.
- Collaborate with senior designers for complex visuals.
Ensure all materials adhere to brand standards.
Content Updates & Proofreading
Make minor updates to website content, marketing documents, newsletters, and presentations.
Proofread and check materials for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.
Asset Organization
Maintain a well-organized marketing collateral library.
- Ensure assets are easy to search, access, and update for all team members.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Request Turnaround Time: Speed and efficiency in completing marketing requests.
- Asset Accuracy & Organization: Percentage of updated materials and the accessibility of assets for team use.
- Event Support Effectiveness: Quality of logistical support measured through feedback and event execution success.
- Graphic Design Quality: Accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines in basic design work.
- Internal Customer Satisfaction: Feedback from sales and marketing teams on responsiveness and support.
- Administrative Efficiency: Volume of completed support tasks and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Collaboration & Initiative: Proactive identification of process improvements, asset gaps, or operational support opportunities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required)
- At least 4+ years of experience in marketing support, admin support, or coordination roles.
- Experience managing campaigns, vendors, and marketing communications.
- Basic graphic design experience (Canva, Figma, Adobe or similar tools)
- Strong proofreading, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams is a plus.
