We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Collections to lead our Remedial & Collateral Management Unit (RCMU). This critical leadership role is responsible for overseeing the collection of secured loans, the recovery of past-due accounts, and the management of collateralized assets, including ROPOA (Real and Other Properties Acquired).

You will be tasked with developing and executing effective collections strategies, enforcing settlement protocols, and coordinating asset recovery efforts, all while ensuring strict compliance with financial regulations and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead strategic collection efforts, focusing on secured loan recovery and collateral management (e.g., real estate, vehicles).
  • Manage and mentor the collections team in handling ROPOA, asset recovery, and settlement negotiations.
  • Oversee the legal and documentation process for repossessions, auctions, and property disposition.
  • Reconcile collection reports and ensure accurate tracking of all accounts under RCMU.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and risk teams to ensure alignment on asset disposition and remedial actions.
  • Ensure adherence to BSP regulations and company policy in all collection activities.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and provide timely reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in secured collections, remedial management, or ROPOA handling.
  • Solid understanding of legal processes involved in foreclosures, property recovery, and collateral liquidation.
  • Experience using SAP, Oracle, or similar accounting systems for AR tracking and asset reporting.
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive recovery matters professionally

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
