Job Description:

  • Building a competitive advantage for commercial projects of the Estate by increasing tenant experience.
  • Supporting Operations, Marketing and Leasing teams in solving issues to increase tenant satisfaction and retention.
  • Proposing and executing tenant engagement programs and activities.
  • Systematically sourcing out relevant information regarding current and evolving tenants, competition to constantly enhance tenant experience.
  • Tenant Survey and/or Kamustahan - To respond positively to tenant feedback relating to any aspect of our services and to resolve any concerns locally as far as possible and in accordance with relevant policy and procedures.
  • Ensure that the mall experience is always at its topmost level by pushing PMT to address all pertinent components of the mall that deals with delivering a satisfying and happy customer experience
  • Develop and maintain systems to ensure tenant feedback, consultation and levels of satisfaction are captured and recorded, analyzed and reported.
  • Cultivate and maintain cordial, service-oriented relationships with tenants and is visible and accessible to them
  • To develop and coordinate initiatives and activities that enable tenants to provide their views, participate in engagement activities and performance monitoring, and to apply meaningful influence on our decision-making processes
  • Work closely with accounting to ensure revenue and profitability thru efficient rent collection

Job Qualification:

  • College graduate in Business Administration, or any equivalent course
  • With at least (3) years of experience in Mall Business Operations, Sales and Marketing, Customer Service or related tasks.
