The Data Management and Systems Officer (Land Acquisition) will be a critical asset in ensuring data integrity and providing actionable insights to optimize our land acquisition and development processes. This role is central to data-driven decision-making, supporting various departments from strategy to finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain dynamic performance dashboards to track key metrics and trends in land acquisition, titling, and permits.
  • Create and manage comprehensive GIS maps for land acquisition and titling, integrating critical data such as registration status, acquisition progress, and proclamation details.
  • Develop and oversee a robust budget monitoring system, assisting in budget preparation and conducting variance analysis for land acquisition projects.
  • Prepare detailed, accurate reports on performance, budget, and key metrics for internal and external stakeholders, providing clear analysis and actionable recommendations.
  • Lead data collection, cleaning, and organization efforts to ensure high data quality for reporting and analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Land Acquisition, Finance, Project Development) to ensure data accuracy and alignment with project goals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all system-related concerns pertaining to reporting and data management tools.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and reporting software.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent numerical aptitude and advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
