Mall Marshall

Position Overview:

A Mall Marshal is responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and orderliness of the mall premises. The role involves monitoring activities, assisting shoppers, enforcing mall policies, and responding to emergencies to maintain a secure environment for tenants, employees, and guests.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Patrol and monitor mall areas, entrances, and exits to maintain security.
• Enforce mall rules, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Respond to emergencies such as accidents, disturbances, or theft incidents.
• Assist and guide shoppers, tenants, and visitors when needed.
• Report suspicious activities, safety hazards, or security violations.
• Coordinate with mall management and security teams during incidents.
• Maintain incident reports, logs, and other security documentation.
• Support crowd control during mall events, sales, or peak hours.

Qualifications:

• At least SHS/COLLEGE GRADUATE
• Proven work experience as a traffic marshall.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good knowledge of state health and safety regulations.
• Excellent visual awareness.
• Excellent surveillance and observation skills.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate using hand signals.
• Good attention to detail.
