What You'll Do
- Answer patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism, addressing concerns and providing accurate information.
- Assist with billing, collections, and insurance-related queries.
- Coordinate with third parties, such as insurance providers, to resolve account questions.
- Conduct proactive outreach and follow-ups with patients.
- Cross-train and collaborate with your team to ensure smooth operations and effective backup coverage.
- Uphold confidentiality and ensure HIPAA compliance at all times.
- Maintain reliability through punctuality, strong attendance, and teamwork.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in healthcare or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of billing, insurance processes, or HIPAA regulations is an advantage.
