Employee Relations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle employee relations cases including disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies and labor law compliance
- Process, monitor, and maintain records of Authority to Deduct (ATD) and related payroll coordination
- Prepare notices, incident reports, and disciplinary documentation
- Represent the company in labor-related meetings, hearings, and mediation when required
- Coordinate with Payroll and HR Operations on employee deductions and sanctions
- Provide guidance to supervisors and managers on employee relations matters
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in Employee Relations or HR, with supervisory exposure
- Hands-on experience processing Authority to Deduct (ATD)
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and sound judgment
- Experience in retail or multi-site operations is an advantage
