Employee Relations (ER) Officer

Work Location: South Caloocan City

Job Description:

The Employee Relations (ER) Officer is responsible for maintaining a healthy and compliant work environment by managing employee concerns, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations. This role supports HR in implementing policies, handling conflict resolution, and promoting employee engagement and organizational harmony.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related course.
  • With at least 1 to 2 years of experience in Employee Relations or related HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and standard HR practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive information.
  • Willing to work on-site at South Caloocan City.
  • Can start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle employee relations cases such as disciplinary actions, counseling, and conflict mediation.
  • Conduct investigations related to workplace issues, violations, or grievances.
  • Ensure fair and consistent implementation of company policies and labor laws.
  • Assist in drafting and issuing notices, memos, and other ER-related documentation.
  • Support HR in employee engagement activities, retention programs, and communications.
  • Monitor attendance, punctuality, and behavioral records for compliance.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and department heads on employee performance and disciplinary matters.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential ER files and reports.
