Employee Relations Specialist

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 2–3 years experience in Employee Relations, HR Generalist, or similar HR role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, company policies, and HR compliance practices
  • Experience handling employee concerns, grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary cases
  • Excellent communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making

Job Description:

  • Implement, policies, programs and procedures related to Employee Relations
  • Inform and guide the employees on rules and regulations of the company and the procedures that need to be followed to ensure compliance
  • Conduct investigations of workplace violations and administer a progressive disciplinary policy and procedure
  • Participate in legal hearings and monitor proceedings
  • Conduct exit management for resigned and terminated employees
  • Monitor completion of clearance processing of separated employees
  • Develop and disseminate employee health and safety program and policies as required by legislation
  • Monitor company and employee adherence to labor agreements
  • Support and maintain the employee engagement programs and initiatives that support the organizational goals and culture
  • Develop and communicate positive employee relation strategies and retention initiatives that foster and promote a culture of excellence
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of employee relations programs
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate superior/management

Area of Assignment: Rockwell Business Center, Sheridan, Mandaluyong City

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday - Flexi schedule

Current work set-up: Hybrid - 4 days on site - 1 day work from home per week
