Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and technically proficient Project Manager – Civil & MEPFS to oversee end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both civil works and MEPFS systems, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of civil and MEPFS aspects of construction projects.
  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment across disciplines.
  • Review and approve drawings, technical submittals, and materials in accordance with project requirements and specifications.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on timelines, budget, and resource utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to prevent delays and cost overruns.
  • Manage contracts and subcontractors, including performance monitoring and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality audits for civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems.
  • Supervise project documentation including RFIs, change orders, work orders, and close-out documentation.
  • Ensure seamless integration of MEPFS systems with civil and architectural components.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of relevant project management experience in construction with hands-on exposure to both civil and MEPFS works.
  • Proven track record in managing mid to large-scale infrastructure or building projects.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
  • Familiar with local construction codes, safety standards, and regulatory approvals.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in high-rise buildings, industrial facilities, or large commercial developments.
  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors across trades and disciplines.
  • Exposure to green building standards (LEED, IGBC) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php50,000.00 per month
