The ESTATE MANAGER is responsible for:

(1) Over-all management of assigned townships in McKinley Hill and McKinley West and implementation of the Township's projects in line with: Nature and Sustainability Projects; Experience Projects; Safety and Security Projects; Township Analytics and Technology Projects; Efficiency Projects

(2) In charge of the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the estate. Ensure compliance to all estate reports and standards. Establish and motivate the whole team.

(3) Deliver value to stakeholders and prepare and operate within the budget.

Qualifications:

  • With experience in property management, estate operations is a plus. Good costumer service.

  • Balance of technical and non-technical knowledge in terms of operations in the industry.

  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Canva, Sketch up and any other related programs

  • Knows how to review construction plans and design

  • Good eye for details and creative
