We're looking for driven Real Estate Agents who can turn leads into closed deals and build lasting client relationships. You'll handle property tours, client presentations, and negotiations with developers and sellers while being mentored to grow into a successful real estate professional.

Responsibilities

  • Handle marketing-generated leads and close sales
  • Build and manage your own client pipeline
  • Conduct property visits, site oculars, and client meetings within Metro Manila and nearby cities
  • Negotiate deals with developers and sellers (pre-selling and RFO)
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related course
  • 2–3 years of experience in real estate/property sales (open to fresh graduates)
  • Proven ability to close deals and present effectively
  • Willing to be mentored and trained
  • Reliable, results-oriented, and motivated to grow earnings

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
