Position Summary

Immuni is seeking a passionate, driven, and organized
Brand & Partnerships Specialist
to help shape the future of our natural wellness brand. This role merges creativity with relationship-building, offering a unique opportunity to lead brand strategy, affiliate relations, public presence, and social media execution all in one.

You'll be at the forefront of expanding Immuni's visibility — both online and offline — by managing our feed, supervising affiliate content, coordinating shoots and creatives, attending events, and supporting junior team members. This is a strategic and executional role that calls for someone who understands culture, thrives on collaboration, and cares deeply about storytelling, branding, and community impact.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Management & Creative Execution

  • Uphold and evolve Immuni's brand voice, identity, and storytelling across all touchpoints.
  • Curate the visual layout and written copy of Immuni's social media feeds (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), maintaining a clean, premium, wellness-driven aesthetic.
  • Write engaging and brand-aligned captions, product spotlights, and lifestyle-driven content.
  • Coordinate with the Creative Lead for all creative needs — including photo and video shoots, packaging design support, and seasonal brand campaigns.
  • Monitor competitor brands, emerging trends, and customer feedback to refine brand direction and relevance.

Brand Partnerships, PR & Affiliate Management

  • Source, recruit, brief, and manage a network of affiliates, content creators, and collaborators.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all affiliate content representing the brand.
  • Attend Immuni and partner events as a brand representative — hosting activations, fostering relationships, and amplifying Immuni's on-ground visibility.
  • Assist in PR efforts, creator outreach, and digital feature opportunities to grow brand credibility and reach.
  • Develop and distribute affiliate toolkits, guidelines, and creative brief decks to partners.

Social Media & Digital Channel Execution

  • Schedule and publish content across Meta platforms, TikTok, and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
  • Work closely with the Growth Marketer to implement content calendars, coordinate cross-platform campaigns, and contribute to paid media efforts.
  • Monitor audience engagement, performance metrics, and content trends to optimize future posts.
  • Engage with the community via comments, DMs, and tagged content in alignment with brand tone.

Intern Oversight & Team Collaboration

  • Assist in onboarding, mentoring, and managing marketing/creative interns whose tasks align with brand, affiliate, or social media support.
  • Assign intern deliverables, track progress, and offer constructive feedback to ensure team growth and quality standards.
  • Serve as a bridge between interns and senior marketing leadership for smooth coordination and approvals.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, branding, influencer relations, or social media management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple moving parts across teams and platforms.
  • Creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Self-starter who thrives in hybrid work environments with minimal micromanagement.
  • Collaborative mindset and passion for wellness, storytelling, and visual brand building.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creator Tools, and Shopee/Lazada seller platforms.
  • Background in events planning or on-ground activations.
  • Interest or skills in photography, basic content creation, or mobile video editing.
  • A network of creators, health advocates, or influencers.

Compensation
