POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Recruitment Specialist, your primary purpose is to support recruiting teams by coordinating hiring activities, scheduling interviews, sourcing candidates for various roles, screening resumes, and maintaining candidate databases. Also, to assist with onboarding and handle administrative tasks to ensure a smooth hiring process.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create Job ads and do postings on different Job Sites/Portals, social media, bulletin board, email blast and the like. Effectively interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks.
  • Develop ways to build a talent pipeline at least 2 to 3 pool of qualified candidates per position (especially the ones with high turnover rates).
  • Log candidate information in our applicant tracking system and other internal databases daily.
  • One of your foremost duties is to understand the job requirements for each position as requested by our hiring managers and liaise with them regarding their hiring needs and daily concerns.
  • Screens resumes filtering those that match the client's requirements and conducts end to end recruitment process across all levels.
  • Interviews and process all applications based on minimum qualification requirements of the position prior to endorsement of qualified candidates to the next step/hiring managers.
  • Coordinate a range of recruitment activities and events to recruit potential candidates. You may also prepare reports related to the results of these efforts and activities.
  • Working closely with the human resources department to maintain the candidate database and handle any relevant paperwork.
  • Assisting HR and successful candidates with the onboarding process, including preparing documents and coordinating orientation agendas.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role; preferably in a BPO set-up.
  • Must be amenable to work on-site (Robinsons Cyberscape 2, Mandalagan, Bacolod City) following morning/mid-shift schedule.
